A merger of equals? RSM US to merge with RSM UK

RSM US and RSM UK have announced their intention to form a partner-owned multinational organization focused on providing high-quality, globally integrated services for middle-market clients. The companies stated that this merger would substantially expand the multinational platform originally established by the U.S. and Canada, with the creation of RSM Canada in 2017. This expansion aims to address the increasing demands of global middle market businesses while also building upon RSM UK's growth following its merger with RSM Ireland in 2023. (Going Concern)
