Survey: Workplace wellness is vital

The value of employee wellness may be hard to quantify in numbers, but accountancy firms of all sizes should take it seriously. While 82% of U.S. employees surveyed said their organization is committed to their well-being, 62% said their well-being is the same or worse than six months ago. Another workforce survey found that two of three U.S. employees would change jobs for better benefits. So what can firms do to really make a difference in the lives of their employees?
